The Anchors at Manchester features 11 unique and creative floor plans. Each home will be custom designed in its own signature style. These hand crafted designs will each be one-of-a-kind and will feature custom details and installations, custom cabinetry and upgraded appliances. It is like walking into a high-end luxury custom home.

Luxury Upgrades in Each Home
The difference with The Anchors project and other projects is that the upgrades are already included in the homes. These interiors have wide plank hardwood flooring in custom finishes, slab stone counters with selections and finishes you have not seen before, stone tile showers and floors with custom inlays and details, wood windows and doors with aluminum clad exteriors, and all the upgraded appliances. The four largest homes will feature Sub Zero refrigerators with custom panels, Fisher and Paykel 36” gas range, Fisher and Paykel dishwasher drawers, microwave drawers by Sharp and we are including the washer and dryers by Whirlpool, some of which will be installed with pedestals. The other six homes will feature a built-in Jenn Air refrigerator with custom panels and hardware, Jenn Air gas convection ranges with infrared broiling, Fisher and Paykel dishwasher drawers and the Sharp microwave drawers. We bring it all together with custom details and upgraded door hardware, bathroom accessories, beautiful selected lighting and accent lighting, warm paint colors, and detailed molding and trim that reflect the style of each home.

Exceptionally Detailed Design
The quality of craftsmanship is apparent in all of the homes both interior and the building’s exterior. The exterior features custom details in window trims, handmade dental detail on gables, exterior beams with applied moldings, custom made trellises with fiberglass columns, hand dipped shingles, and beautiful exterior sconces to finish off the design. The interior craftsmanship and attention to detail will be apparent in the tight installation of crown moldings, beams, corbels, custom cabinetry, and all the custom features that are included.
